Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to manage daily construction activities at project sites. The candidate will coordinate workers, monitor quality, ensure safety compliance, and support smooth execution of civil works within timelines and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site
- Monitor labor teams, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate material delivery, usage, and stock monitoring at site
- Maintain site progress reports and daily work updates
- Check quality of construction work and ensure proper finishing
- Ensure safety procedures and site discipline are followed
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, vendors, and management team
- Identify site issues and provide practical solutions quickly
- Monitor project timelines and support timely completion
- Verify measurements and assist in billing and work quantity tracking
- Ensure proper use of machinery, tools, and materials
- Conduct regular inspection of ongoing works
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution
- Ability to read drawings and construction plans
- Leadership and workforce handling capability
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp reporting, site documentation)
- Understanding of safety standards and construction quality practices
Qualification
- Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years of site supervision experience
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel to project locations (expense can claim )
- Ability to manage multiple activities under pressure
- Good communication and reporting skills
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Based on experience and project responsibility
- Site allowances and performance incentives may be provided
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
