We are looking for a smart and courteous Guest Relations Executiveto manage the front desk and ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and visitors. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing bookings, answering phone calls, and coordinating with various departments to fulfill guest requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
- Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Maintain front desk records and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs
- Handle guest complaints and provide timely resolutions
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and front desk systems (PMS knowledge is a plus)
- Pleasant personality and a customer-first attitude
- Minimum qualification: Any degree in Bachelor or Diploma
