Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IPD & OPD Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Inpatient Department (IPD) and Outpatient Department (OPD) at our hospital in Panvel. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth patient flow, operational efficiency, and high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the IPD and OPD departments.
Supervise front office, nursing coordination, and administrative staff.
Ensure smooth patient registration, admission, discharge, and appointment processes.
Coordinate with doctors and department heads for efficient patient care.
Monitor patient satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and healthcare regulations.
Prepare departmental reports, maintain records, and monitor key performance indicators.
Optimize manpower utilization and improve operational efficiency.
Train, mentor, and evaluate department staff.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in hospital operations, preferably managing IPD & OPD.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Good knowledge of hospital management systems and MS Office.
Ability to handle patient concerns and manage hospital operations effectively.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
