Position: HR Recruiter – Kolkata
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Specialization: International Outbound Process Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
✅ End-to-end recruitment for International Outbound Voice Processes and IT
✅ Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking channels
✅ Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates based on business requirements
✅ Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
✅ Managing offer rollouts, follow-ups, and onboarding processes
✅ Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
✅ Achieving recruitment targets within defined timelines
Desired Candidate Profile:
✔ 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in International BPO/Outbound Process hiring
✔Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies
✔Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Experience using job portals and recruitment tools
✔Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
✔ Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
✔ Employee Communication
✔ Google Communication skillset
