Role Summary:
The Head of Sales & Marketing will spearhead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at achieving revenue goals, expanding market reach, and driving overall business growth. This position requires a visionary leader with extensive knowledge of the automotive components sector, strong management capabilities, and a proven history of successful sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development:
- Formulate and execute robust sales and marketing plans aligned with the companys objectives.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Sales Leadership:
- Direct and motivate the sales team, establishing clear goals and performance metrics while offering continuous support.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with major clients, distributors, and partners.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Marketing Strategy:
- Design and implement marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and showcase product offerings.
- Leverage digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing methods to stimulate demand and attract leads.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.
Business Growth:
- Identify and explore new business avenues, including strategic partnerships and untapped market segments.

Qualifications:
