Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Auction Executive/Auctioneer to manage end-to-end auction activities for industrial, commercial, and surplus assets. The role involves coordinating auctions, engaging with buyers and sellers, conducting live and online auctions, ensuring compliance, and maximizing auction outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute physical and online auctions.
- Conduct live auctions professionally while maintaining transparency and fairness.
- Coordinate with clients for asset inspections, documentation, and valuation.
- Prepare auction catalogues, lot descriptions, and auction schedules.
- Register bidders and verify KYC documentation.
- Handle bidder queries before, during, and after auctions.
- Monitor bidding activities and ensure compliance with auction rules.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth auction execution.
- Generate auction reports, sales summaries, and performance analytics.
- Support marketing activities to promote upcoming auctions and attract bidders.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and coordination of asset delivery.
- Maintain records of auction transactions and documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in auctions, asset sales, liquidation, or related industries.
- Experience with industrial, machinery, real estate, or surplus asset auctions is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of auction procedures and bidding processes.
- Understanding of asset valuation and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and auction management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for auction events.
Preferred Experience
- Experience conducting live and online auctions.
- Familiarity with e-auction platforms.
- Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to auctions.
- Experience working with banks, NBFCs, government organizations, or industrial clients.

Pay: ₹8,132.86 - ₹31,996.42 per month
