Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to contact prospective students, provide information about courses, and assist with the admission process. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain courses, facilities, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up on inquiries and admissions leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student information.
- Answer questions and resolve basic queries.
- Schedule counseling sessions and campus visits.
- Achieve admission and counseling targets.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior telecalling or counseling experience preferred.
