Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer (.NET Full Stack) to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud-native development, modern frontend frameworks, and microservices architecture. This role requires technical leadership, hands-on development, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.

Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies.

Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using Angular and modern web technologies.

Develop and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.

Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.

Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews while ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices.

Support Agile delivery processes and participate in sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Drive application performance optimization, scalability improvements, and troubleshooting activities.

Partner with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.

Resolve production issues and provide ongoing application support.

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical excellence within the team.

Contribute to architecture decisions and technology roadmaps.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Minimum 9+ years of software development experience with enterprise applications.
