About the Role
The Business Analyst is the "engine room" of our consulting engagements. In this role, you will gather ground-zero facts, conduct data analysis, and build the analytical foundation for our client solutions. You will work directly on client sites across diverse industries, rotating through Operations, HR, Sales, and Audit Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Collection & Fact-Gathering
- Visit client factories and offices to collect production, quality, inventory, HR, and sales data.
- Issue data requests to client teams, follow up consistently, and maintain data trackers.
- Clean, structure, and reconcile raw data while flagging gaps or inconsistencies.
- Maintain engagement data rooms with proper file-naming and version control.
2. Analysis & Modeling
- Build robust Excel models (cost sheets, capacity utilization, attrition, sales pipelines).
- Calculate and track engagement KPIs (OEE, cycle time, defect rates, gross margins, etc.).
- Run first-level root-cause analysis and perform benchmarking comparisons.
3. Client Deliverables
- Draft high-quality PowerPoint slides, dashboards, and report sections using FSC templates.
- Build clear, self-explanatory charts, tables, and exhibits.
- Rigorously proofread all data, formatting, and content before submissions.
4. Audit & Operations Support
- Complete FSC Pro Audit checklists and digital-maturity assessments.
- Capture site evidence (photos, documents, readings) and populate 90-day implementation roadmaps.
Who We Are Looking For
Education Qualification:
- Must-Have: Bachelor's degree — B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, Industrial), B.Com, BBA, or MBA (Any Specialization).
- Preferred: Engineering with manufacturing/shop-floor exposure, MBA-HR / MSW, or BBA/MBA-Marketing.
Technical & Core Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel & data handling skills
- Professional PowerPoint slide-writing
- Basic process mapping & manufacturing KPIs knowledge
- Ability to read basic P&L / financial statements
- Preferred: Lean/5S awareness, basic Power BI, and fluency in Hindi/Gujarati for shop-floor interaction.

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed CTC: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹6.0 LPA (Based on experience & capability)
- Monthly Take-Home: Approx. ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 / month
- Performance-linked variable bonus included.
