About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital lead generation initiatives for residential and commercial real estate projects. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing digital campaigns across multiple paid channels while ensuring maximum lead quality, conversion, and return on investment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in performance marketing, campaign optimization, analytics, CRM coordination, and conversion-focused strategies, with proven experience in generating high-quality real estate leads and driving site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Drive high-quality lead generation for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including Cost per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality.
- Manage audience segmentation, campaign structures, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and remarketing campaigns.
- Optimize landing pages, microsites, lead forms, and digital assets to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and CRM teams to track lead quality, site visits, and sales conversions.
- Execute lead nurturing campaigns through WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and other marketing automation channels.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, and reporting dashboards.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and identify new digital growth opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution models, campaign optimization, and performance metrics.
- Proven experience in real estate lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization, remarketing strategies, and CRM workflows.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred
