About the Role
Pack Power is looking for a skilled and hands-on Electrical Technician to support the assembly, wiring, testing, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of EV charging systems.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of electrical wiring, control panels, electrical components, testing equipment, and basic fault diagnosis. Experience with EV chargers, power electronics, industrial electrical systems, or control panels will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical wiring and assembly of AC and DC EV chargers as per electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Install and terminate cables, connectors, MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, fuses, sensors, and other electrical components.
- Carry out electrical testing and inspection of chargers during production and servicing.
- Use electrical testing instruments such as multimeter, clamp meter, insulation tester (megger), and other measuring equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in chargers, control circuits, power circuits, and auxiliary systems.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and ensure proper earthing, insulation, and cable management.
- Read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
- Maintain proper records of testing, faults, repairs, and replaced components.
- Coordinate with engineers during troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Support field-service activities and travel to customer sites when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
