Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect fabricated, welded, and machined components as per drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with welding procedures, quality plans, and customer requirements.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using measuring instruments and gauges.
- Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and customers during inspections.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and test records.
- Monitor shop-floor quality processes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure traceability and documentation for raw materials and finished products.
- Support implementation of quality standards and continuous improvement activities.
- Handle non-conformance reporting (NCR) and root cause analysis.
- Assist in maintaining calibration records and inspection equipment.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of quality inspection processes and standards.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments and gauges.
Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
