Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow FSM Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing FSM solutions to support field operations and service delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) module.
- Configure and customize FSM applications, workflows, forms, and service processes.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and IntegrationHub.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring optimal performance.
- Participate in testing, deployment, upgrades, and production support activities.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
Required Skills
- 6–12 years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow CSA certification.
- ServiceNow CIS-FSM certification.
- Experience with ITSM, CSM, or Asset Management modules.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
