Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.
- Provide professional guidance and support throughout the admission process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Academic Counseling, Education Sales, Telecalling, or EdTech.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of Technology, IT, Software Development, AI, Digital Marketing, or related domains.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and communication platforms.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech or Training Institutes.
- Knowledge of career counseling and student engagement.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with students.
