Lotusse Lifestyles is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Production Coordinator to support our production and merchandising teams in ensuring smooth execution of garment manufacturing processes. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with vendors, factories, and internal teams to ensure timely production.
* Track purchase orders, sampling, approvals, and production timelines.
* Maintain production trackers, WIP reports, and order status sheets.
* Follow up on raw material availability, trims, fabrics, and accessories.
* Assist in coordinating sample development and approvals.
* Ensure production documentation is updated and organized.
* Monitor production schedules and highlight delays proactively.
* Coordinate with quality control teams to ensure adherence to specifications.
* Support dispatch planning and ensure production completion aligns with delivery timelines.
* Assist in maintaining production MIS and preparing reports for management.
* Communicate regularly with merchandising, sourcing, warehouse, and logistics teams.
* Maintain accurate records of production, inventory movement, and vendor communications.

Skills & Qualifications
* Graduate or Diploma in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, Textile, Merchandising, or a related field.
* 0–2 years of experience in garment production, merchandising, or manufacturing coordination.
* Good knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Skills
* Basic understanding of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production planning.
* Familiarity with ERP systems or production management software is an advantage.
* Ability to interpret tech packs and production specifications.
