We are looking for a forward-thinking Fashion Designer who is highly proficient in AI-powered design tools and can leverage them to accelerate collection development. The ideal candidate should combine strong fashion design fundamentals with expertise in AI prompting, concept generation, graphic creation, trend forecasting, and production-ready apparel development.
This role is ideal for someone who can use AI as a creative partner—not just to generate images, but to develop cohesive collections, explore multiple design directions, and translate concepts into commercially viable products.
Key Responsibilities
- Use AI-powered design platforms (such as Style3D AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Flux, or similar) to develop apparel concepts and seasonal collections.
- Create high-quality prompts that consistently generate commercially relevant fashion designs.
- Combine multiple design inspirations into original, brand-appropriate collections using AI-assisted workflows.
- Generate garment concepts, graphics, trims, logo placements, colorways, and print ideas through AI.
- Refine AI-generated concepts into production-ready designs.
- Research global fashion trends, consumer behavior, colors, silhouettes, fabrics, and emerging design movements.
- Develop seasonal mood boards, concept boards, and collection stories.
- Design original graphics, placements, embroidery concepts, and branding assets.
- Prepare detailed tech packs, artwork files, and production documentation.
- Collaborate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new AI tools and workflows that improve design speed and quality.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in AI-powered fashion design and image generation.
- Advanced prompt engineering for fashion and apparel design.
- Experience using Style3D AI or comparable AI fashion design platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI image refinement, reference-based generation, and iterative design workflows.
- Excellent fashion illustration and apparel design skills.
- Strong graphic design capabilities for garment graphics, placements, prints, and branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Thorough understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong knowledge of color theory, typography, and composition.
- Ability to convert AI-generated concepts into commercially viable, production-ready products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in apparel design.
- Experience building complete collections for contemporary, streetwear, lifestyle, or utility-focused brands.
- Knowledge of 3D apparel software such as CLO 3D or Style3D.
Bonus Qualifications
- Active access to and hands-on experience with WGSN for trend forecasting and consumer insights.
- Experience integrating AI-generated concepts into real-world production.
- Familiarity with multiple AI ecosystems and the ability to choose the right tool for different creative tasks.
- Strong understanding of global fashion trends and international brands.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
