We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to manage government and international bidding activities and support business expansion across domestic and global markets.
The role involves handling end-to-end tendering processes on various government portals, lead generation through LinkedIn and online channels, and coordination with internal teams for proposal submissions.
This position is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in government sales, B2B business development, and international marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Handle complete bidding lifecycle on portals such as:
- GeM Portal
- IREPS
- nProcure
- eProcure
2. Identify relevant tender opportunities and analyze tender documents.
3. Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids.
4. Ensure compliance with bid requirements including EMD, documentation, and timelines.
5. Track bid status, follow-ups, and clarifications.
6. Generate leads through LinkedIn marketing and outreach.
7. Research and develop international business opportunities.
8. Coordinate with internal teams for proposal and pricing inputs.
9. Maintain MIS reports for bids, leads, and conversions.

Pay: ₹12,978.43 - ₹24,114.42 per month
