- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements.
- Promote and sell architectural hardware, locks, handles, plywood, laminates (mica), WPC boards, and related interior products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and procurement team regarding product availability.
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure excellent customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Learn product specifications and industry trends through company-provided training.
