Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication & powder coating of Electrical panels Encloser. Exposure on Inspection and mechanical design aspects.
- Cost Control of Panel Enclosure
- Planning for getting encloser ready as per the planning in define timeline.
- Planning - Preparing fabrication schedule, identify the vendor for order finalization based
on best quality, cost and timeline basis.
- Review of Fabrication drawing and Weight/cost estimate.
- In process and final Quality inspection of encloser and Power coating work.
- Co-ordinate for timely dispatch and receipt of material.
- Traveling at vendor site for in-process and final inspection throughout month on need basis.
- Keep track of market in terms of pricing and technological upgradation happening in the industry
- Co-ordinate with MFG, Stores, Execution, Logistic & Design for smooth functioning.
Desired candidate profile:
- Diploma Mechanical / B.E. Mechanical
- Proven experience in Fabrication, Sheet metal work Calculation and Powder Coating work preferably in the panel encloser manufacturing / Panel assembling industry.
- Good understanding of ISO compliance and documentation.
- Familiarity with quality standards and assurance processes of Fabrication and powder coating.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Qualification:
Diploma Mechanical / B.E. Mechanical
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
