We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale our paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). You'll be responsible for turning marketing budget into qualified leads and revenue for a B2B SaaS platform selling AI-powered tools to businesses. This is a builder role: you'll plan campaigns, write briefs, manage spend, and report on what's actually working.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Own the paid budget end to end — allocate spend across channels and campaigns, manage daily/monthly pacing, and maximize return without overspending.
- Build and structure campaigns from scratch: account architecture, ad groups, audiences, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Write and test ad copy, manage creative briefs, and run structured A/B tests on copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, UTM conventions, and attribution so reporting is clean and trustworthy.
- Monitor key metrics (CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate) daily and reallocate budget toward what performs.
- Report results clearly to leadership — what was spent, what it returned, and what you're changing next.
- Partner with the team on landing pages and offers to improve conversion after the click.
What You Bring
- 3+ years running paid acquisition on both Google Ads and Meta Ads, ideally for B2B or SaaS.
- Proven track record managing real budgets and hitting CPL/CPA/ROAS targets — you can point to specific results you drove.
- Deep, working knowledge of how both platforms operate: bidding mechanics, auction dynamics, audience targeting, the learning phase, and how each channel performs for different goals.
- Strong grasp of conversion tracking and analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, conversion APIs).
- Comfort with data — you make decisions from numbers, not hunches, and can build a clear performance report.
- A test-and-iterate mindset, with the discipline to optimize methodically rather than chase every shiny tactic.
- Familiarity with the full funnel: you understand that ad performance depends on the offer and landing page, not just the campaign.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to a specific vertical (e.g., real estate, IT services, agencies).
- Hands-on work with Performance Max, advantage+ campaigns, or other automated bidding products.
- Experience with retargeting and audience-building from first-party data.
- Familiarity with marketing tooling and automation platforms.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
