Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle sales calls, customer inquiries, and follow-ups for our electronic store. The candidate will play a key role in promoting products and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound inquiries about electronic products
- Explain product features, prices, offers, and availability
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain customer database and update call records
- Coordinate with the sales team and store for order processing
- Handle WhatsApp/chat inquiries if required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 12th pass / Any degree preferred
- 0–2 years of telecalling/sales experience
- Good communication skills in
- Basic computer knowledge
