We are seeking a high-caliber Events Client Relationship Manager to serve as the primary strategic liaison between our premium clients and our internal execution teams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high-value client portfolio, interpreting complex event briefs, and ensuring the flawless delivery of corporate and large-scale experiential events. The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional blend of business acumen, relationship-building expertise, and knowledge of event production.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for corporate and high-net-worth clients, fostering long-term engagement and brand loyalty.
Briefing and Conceptualization: Interpret complex client briefs to align business objectives with creative event concepts, themes, and layouts. End-to-End Stakeholder Coordination: Bridge communication gaps between clients, internal production designers, logistics teams, and external premium vendors.
Proposal and Pitch Leadership: Develop, present, and pitch highly sophisticated, comprehensive event proposals, contract terms, and financial budgets.
On-Site Experience Management: Oversee high-level execution on the day of the event, manage client hospitality, and address critical, real-time adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their event requirements (Budget, Theme, Date, Guest Count) and provide them with the best ideas.
Relationship Management: Establish relationships with new clients and maintain long-term business relationships with existing clients.
Proposal & Pitching: Prepare compelling event proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients. Coordination: Fulfilling client expectations by coordinating effectively with event planners, decorators, caterers, and vendors.
On-Site Management: Being physically present on-site on the day of the event to ensure that everything proceeds exactly according to the client's plan.
Feedback & Retention: Soliciting feedback from the client following the conclusion of the event and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
Issue Resolution: Promptly and calmly resolving any complaints or issues raised by the client.
Financial Management: Overseeing client billing, budget tracking, and post-event financial reconciliation to maximize profitability while delivering premium value.
Post-Event Analysis: Conducting detailed review sessions, gathering structured feedback, and presenting comprehensive post-event reports to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Public Relations (PR), or Event Management.
Experience: At least 3–6 years of proven experience in client relations, account management, or hospitality management within the events, media, or advertising industries.
Communication Proficiency: Native-level or bilingual fluency.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
