We are seeking a confident and well-spoken Front Desk Executive to manage reception activities and support daily office coordination. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and must maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors courteously
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable
Requirements
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools
- Strong multitasking and organizational ability
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
