About the Role
Kickstart your HR career! We are looking for motivated HR Recruiter Interns to join our team remotely. You will learn end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, and hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using various hiring channels.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment records and guide candidates through the process.
Stipend & Incentive Plan (Per Month)
1. Joining-Based Stipend:
- 5 – 8 Joinings: ₹3,000
- 9 – 12 Joinings: ₹5,000
- 13 – 15 Joinings: ₹7,500
- 16+ Joinings: ₹10,000 + Best Performer Award
2. Alternative Incentives:
- 30 Walk-ins / Month: ₹2,500
- 10 Candidate Selections / Month: ₹2,500
