About the Role:
Sociapa Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and strategic Influencer Marketing Executive. This role requires complete ownership of influencer campaign planning, execution, performance optimization, and team leadership.
You will be responsible for building structured influencer campaign frameworks, managing multi-platform influencer activations, and driving measurable brand impact across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Campaign Strategy & Leadership
· Lead the end-to-end influencer campaign lifecycle — from strategy development to execution and performance analysis.
· Develop 360° influencer campaign plans aligned with client marketing objectives.
· Create campaign themes, content directions, messaging frameworks, and influencer mix strategies.
· Design scalable influencer campaign structures for product launches, brand awareness, engagement drives, and conversion-focused campaigns.
· Mentor and manage the influencer marketing team to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Campaign Execution & Management
· Oversee influencer scouting, vetting, outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and briefing.
· Manage micro (1K–10K), mini (10K–100K), macro, and celebrity (100K+) influencer collaborations.
· Ensure timely content approvals and adherence to brand guidelines.
· Coordinate with creative, content, performance, and client servicing teams for integrated campaigns.
· Handle multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously across industries.
Performance, Analytics & ROI Optimization
· Define influencer campaign KPIs (Reach, Engagement Rate, CPM, CPC, Conversions, ROI).
· Track, monitor, and optimize ongoing influencer campaigns for better performance.
· Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights.
· Present detailed influencer campaign reports to internal teams and clients.
· Improve cost efficiency and maximize ROI across campaigns.
Relationship & Network Development
· Build long-term relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
· Expand and maintain a categorized influencer database.
· Stay updated on emerging creators, new platforms, and creator economy trends.
Budget & Commercial Management
· Lead pricing negotiations and contract closures.
· Manage influencer marketing budgets efficiently.
· Ensure commercial viability and profitability of influencer campaigns.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
· 2+ years of proven influencer marketing experience (agency experience preferred).
· Strong hands-on experience in leading influencer campaigns end-to-end.
· Demonstrated success managing micro, mini, and celebrity influencer collaborations.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
· Excellent understanding of influencer campaign analytics and attribution models.
· Ability to manage high-value campaigns and multiple brand portfolios.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience working with FMCG, fitness, lifestyle, or health supplement brands.
· Understanding of paid influencer amplification and whitelisting strategies.
· Strong influencer network across India.
· Familiarity with influencer tracking tools and campaign dashboards.
