Job Title: Customer Service Executive - US Trucking Insurance
Experience Required: 2+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive with strong communication and documentation skills. The candidate should have experience handling emails, customer calls, and maintaining proper records/documentation.
Required Experience:
- Customer service/support experience
- Email handling and call coordination
- Documentation and record management
- Ability to quote commercial trucking insurance policies through Progressive, GEICO, Cover Whale, and other insurance portals
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls and emails
- Maintain proper documentation and reports
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Resolve customer issues professionally and within timelines
- Ensure smooth processing of customer requests
Skills Required:
- Good verbal and written communication
- Strong emailed drafting skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and manage customer relationships
Preffered - Experience in Insurance, Logistics, or Travel Insurance industry.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
