We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, documentation, and HR operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR processes and an opportunity to develop professional skills in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and HR administration tasks.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company records.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Experience with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
