About the Role
We are seeking a talented Claude AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI automation solutions using Claude AI and modern LLM technologies. You will develop AI assistants, intelligent workflows, and business process automations while integrating AI with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered automation workflows using Claude AI.
- Build AI assistants, copilots, chatbots, and enterprise automation solutions.
- Develop scalable RAG pipelines using vector databases and embedding frameworks.
- Create advanced prompts, system instructions, and AI workflows.
- Integrate AI applications with REST APIs, databases, CRMs, and enterprise systems.
- Build AI orchestration using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Troubleshoot AI workflows and continuously improve performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in AI Automation or LLM application development.
- Strong experience with Claude AI, Anthropic APIs, and Prompt Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, and Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or Milvus).
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LangGraph, AI Agents, Tool Calling, Guardrails, and LLMOps.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, hybrid search, observability tools, and AI safety practices.
- Experience integrating AI with CRM, ERP, or enterprise applications.
