Job Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for managing Customs Drawback, Brand Rate Drawback, Deemed Drawback, and other export incentive-related matters. The role requires thorough knowledge of Customs procedures, DGFT regulations, ICEGATE operations, and coordination with internal stakeholders, Customs authorities, consultants, and government departments for timely processing and realization of export benefits.
Key Responsibilities: Process and manage AIR Drawback, Brand Rate Drawback, and Deemed Drawback claims.
Verify export documents, shipping bills, and drawback eligibility.
Prepare and submit Brand Rate applications; coordinate with Customs for approvals.
Monitor drawback credits through ICEGATE and reconcile claims with export data.
Resolve claim deficiencies, rejections, and drawback-related queries.
Support export incentive schemes and ensure compliance with Customs and Foreign Trade Policy regulations.
Maintain accurate records, MIS reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
Coordinate with clients, Customs authorities, DGFT, consultants, and internal teams for data collection, claim processing, and follow-ups.
Required Skills: Knowledge of Customs regulations, Drawback schemes, Foreign Trade Policy, and export procedures.
Experience with ICEGATE and Customs electronic systems.
Strong understanding of export documentation and Customs clearance.
Good analytical, reconciliation, documentation, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.:

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
