Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM IST (European Time Zone)Job SummaryResource Yantra is looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily office operations of European clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong MS Excel knowledge, and basic accounting and billing experience.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Generate invoices, billing documents, and maintain related records.
- Coordinate with European clients via email and phone.
- Handle daily office documentation and administrative tasks.
- Maintain data accuracy and organize business records.
- Support basic accounting activities and assist with internal reporting.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas preferred).
- Basic understanding of Accounting, Billing, and Invoicing.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in Office Administration, MIS, Billing, or Back Office operations.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
