Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Office Coordinator to manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to the Director. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Director's daily calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Schedule internal and external meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare, maintain, and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Record, update, and organize office data and documents.
- Maintain files, records, and confidential documents accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.
- Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes of meetings.
- Follow up on pending tasks and action items with team members.
- Assist in office administration, vendor coordination, and general administrative tasks.
