1. BOM (Bill of Materials) Preparation
- Prepare accurate BOM based on final approved drawings and customer specifications.
- List all materials, hardware, accessories, shutters, carcass components, and additional requirements.
- Ensure material codes, quantities, and specifications match company standards.
- Verify BOQ details with the design team before release.
2. Cutlist Preparation
- Generate accurate cutlists for panel processing based on design drawings.
- Ensure correct dimensions, edge banding details, drilling details, and machining specifications.
- Optimize panel layouts for minimum wastage while maintaining production quality.
- Cross-check cut sizes with design team before sending to production
3. Drawing & Production Coordination
- Interpret design drawings (2D/3D) to create production-ready documents.
- Coordinate with design, CNC, and production teams for technical clarifications.
- Share cutlists, BOM, hardware lists, and assembly guides with production supervisors.
- Resolve any discrepancies between drawings, materials, and manufacturing processes.
4. Material & Hardware Knowledge
- Understand board materials (MDF, HDF, Ply, HDHMR, Pre-lam, etc.).
- Familiar with kitchen hardware (hinges, channels, baskets, handles, lift-ups, profiles, etc.).
- Ensure correct material selection based on site requirements and brand guidelines.
- Update BOM and cutlists as per new materials and product introductions
5. Quality Control & Error Reduction
- Review all BOM and cutlist documents for accuracy before release.
- Reduce production errors through thorough checking and standardization.
- Maintain version control of documents to ensure accuracy in manufacturing.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain proper records of BOMs, cutlists, drawing revisions, and production files.
- Prepare daily/weekly production output reports related to BOM & cutlist progress.
- Update project-wise material consumption and wastage analysis.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with the Design, Production, Purchase, and Project Installation teams.
- Inform the purchase team of upcoming material requirements based on BOM.
- Coordinate with project managers for on-site measurement updates or design changes.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
