Key Responsibilities
- Document Processing: Convert handwritten notes, dictated audio, and hard-copy materials into clean digital formats (e.g., reports, correspondence, and memos).
- Proofreading: Review and edit typed documents to correct spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors in English.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and organize data into spreadsheets and company databases.
- File Management: Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Meeting Support: Take notes and prepare official minutes during meetings.
Core Requirements
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 40 - 60 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language, including syntax, vocabulary, and stylistic conventions.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to maintain discretion with sensitive information
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
