Role: Key Account Manager
Type: Full-time
Location: Mumbai (5 mins from Parel/Prabhadevi)
Working Days: Monday–Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off/month)
What You’ll Do
1. Account Management & Coordination
Understand client needs and coordinate internally
Share accurate quotes
Create/manage client portals
Be the single point of contact (sales, billing, service)
Guide clients through their first order and resolve queries
2. Billing & Operations Support
Work with internal teams for smooth billing and order processing
Resolve billing-related issues on time
3. Relationship Management & Retention
Build strong relationships with decision-makers
Drive repeat business through proactive engagement
4. Reporting & Insights
Share sales reports and account performance updates
Provide insights for management review
Who We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 2+ years in B2B / Corporate Sales
- Experience with mid to large corporates preferred
- Proven track record (awards/achievements in sales)
Skills:
- Strong communication (English)
- Good with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Can work independently
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Driven, proactive, and growth-focused
