ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a qualified MEP Engineer to oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for the project, ensuring timely execution and compliance with applicable standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate MEP contractors and sub-contractors on site
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NBC, ECBC, and local authority requirements
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks for MEP installations
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, PMC officials, and civil team
- Monitor progress against timelines and flag deviations promptly
- Support commissioning and testing of MEP systems prior to opening
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of site experience in hotel, commercial, or large residential projects
- Sound knowledge of MEP systems, energy efficiency standards, and safety norms
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
