Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven PPC Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver measurable ROI through data-led strategy and hands-on campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance daily — adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creative to meet KPIs.
- Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently, ensuring spend is allocated for maximum return on investment.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing across ad copy, landing pages, and audiences.
- Stay up to date with Google and Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging PPC trends.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and web teams to ensure a consistent and optimised digital experience.
- Support new business pitches and client onboarding processes when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
✔ 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing successful paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
✔ Proven track record of delivering measurable results: improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and scaling campaigns.
✔ Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, Quality Score, and auction mechanics.
✔ Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel setup and tracking.
✔ Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance measurement frameworks.
✔ Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear, actionable strategies.
✔ Excellent written communication skills for crafting effective ad copy and client-facing reports.
✔ Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, SpyFu, or similar platforms.
★ Agency Background
Prior experience working within a digital marketing agency environment is a significant plus. Agency candidates typically demonstrate versatile campaign management across multiple client accounts, fast-paced adaptability, and exposure to diverse industries and budget scales — all highly valued in this role.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or programmatic platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce) and offline conversion tracking.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for landing page troubleshooting.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and shopping feed management.
- Exposure to automation scripts, rules-based bidding, or smart campaign management.
