Social Media Manager
We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of our healthcare center. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our online community, and building a brand voice that resonates with patients and the local community.
The ideal candidate has a blend of creative flair (graphic design/video) and strategic thinking, ensuring our clinic remains the first choice for healthcare in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Design high-quality graphics, write compelling captions, and produce short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) that educates and engages patients.
- Strategy Development: Execute a monthly content calendar that aligns with clinic services, health awareness months, and community events.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
- Brand Growth: Implement strategies to increase followers and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze weekly/monthly metrics to identify what content performs best and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on healthcare marketing trends and social media algorithm changes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing (Healthcare or Wellness experience is a plus).
- Visual Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and basic video editing apps (e.g., CapCut)Adobe premiere pro.
- Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate medical concepts into easy-to-understand, friendly content.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple posting schedules and meet deadlines consistently.
- Portfolio: Candidates must provide a portfolio or links to social media accounts they have previously managed.
