- Beverage Preparation: Skillfully grind, brew, and extract coffee and espresso drinks; steam milk to perfection for lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty menu items.
- Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, take accurate orders, answer questions about our coffee blends, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Point of Sale (POS): Operate the cash register, process cash and card payments accurately, and handle cash drawer balances.
- Food Prep & Presentation: Serve pastries, snacks, or light food items while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep the bar area, coffee machines, grinders, and guest seating areas clean and organized throughout the day. Perform routine cleaning and back-flushing of espresso equipment.
- Inventory Monitoring: Track levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and paper goods, and notify management when supplies run low.
