Job Summary
The PGT – Computer Science is responsible for teaching Computer Science to senior secondary students (Grades 11–12) and occasionally middle school (Grades 9–10) as per the prescribed curriculum CBSE. The teacher should impart theoretical knowledge along with practical skills in programming, computing concepts, and emerging technologies. The role involves lesson planning, classroom teaching, lab supervision, and preparing students for board exams and competitive environments.

Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree (M.Sc. or M.Tech.) in Computer Science / IT or equivalent. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory as per CBSE/ICSE norms.
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (preferred). Experience in curriculum planning and student mentoring is an advantage.
Skills and Attributes
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of computer science.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and online teaching tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and motivating young learners.

- May involve participation in school events beyond regular hours.
