Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining property details, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads/database
- Explain property features, pricing, location advantages, and ongoing offers
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule property site visits and follow-up meetings
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information
- Update customer details and call records in CRM/software
- Coordinate with sales executives for lead conversion
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly lead generation goals
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and customer handling
- Ability to build rapport with clients over phone calls
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is preferred
