Position: Sales Manager

Function / Department: Agency
Purpose of Role: The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager is to sell insurance policies by generating leads though retail distribution model and serving existing customers or leads that received from the channel apart from sourcing business

- Ensure availability of the required number of trained SM and agents and support resources in all areas; monitor recruitments and induction of Agents and FLS
- Responsible for managing, monitoring, evaluation and rewarding of agents on time-to-time basis.
- Ensures all IM’s are trained on company products and company guidelines.
Day to Day Deliverables
- Daily monitoring of leads
- Monitoring to update leads in LMS system
- Repost daily activity to supervisor (BM / SBM / AM / ARM / RM)
- Service existing clients
- Maintain assigned renewals data and persistency targets
What you must have?
- Must be a Graduate
- Negotiation Skills/Communication Skills
- Comfortable working with digital tools
- Business Acumen, Interpersonal Skills
- 2 - 3+ years of experience with 1 year Domain exp, Preferable in insurance sales and localite

Pay: ₹14,219.42 - ₹57,098.76 per month
