We are hiring a Legal Advisor to manage legal matters related to real estate transactions, land acquisition, title verification, contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and litigation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of property laws, excellent drafting skills, and experience handling legal documentation and dispute resolution.
Requirements:
- LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in real estate/property law
- Expertise in title due diligence, contract drafting, and registration processes
- Strong knowledge of applicable real estate laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
