Role Overview:
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with 4-6 years of experience in branding, packaging, and digital design. The ideal candidate is a visionary thinker who’s comfortable blending traditional design skills with AI-powered tools to create stunning, trend-forward visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging & Artwork Design: Create visually compelling packaging and product artwork that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Illustrator Expertise: Develop high-quality mockups and print-ready designs.
- AI-Powered Creativity: Utilize AI tools (such as MidJourney, DALL·E, or Photoshop’s AI features) to generate and enhance artwork concepts.
- Social Media Content: Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, ads, and promotional campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs reflect the brand’s visual identity and messaging.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with design trends, AI advancements, and industry best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
- Leadership: Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience in packaging design and print production.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Familiarity with AI-generated design tools (MidJourney, DALL·E, or similar).
- Ability to create engaging social media graphics and digital marketing materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing packaging designs, artwork, and social media creatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
