We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance and Food Safety system at the site. The role ensures compliance with ISO 9001, BRC, FSSC 22000, GMP, and GHP standards while maintaining product quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure compliance with ISO, BRC, FSSC, GMP, and GHP standards
- Handle internal, external, and customer audits
- Maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and records
- Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Implement CAPA for non-conformities
- Manage supplier quality and vendor audits
- Handle customer complaints and drive improvements
- Ensure product testing and regulatory compliance (FSSAI, Legal Metrology)
- Conduct training on quality and food safety systems
- Ensure continuous audit readiness
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Experience in audit handling and compliance systems
- Good documentation, analytical, and leadership skills
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
