About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and engaging QA / DI / LR Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning, along with a passion for teaching and developing students' problem-solving and analytical abilities.
The faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom instruction, developing academic content, creating practice material, and helping students build strong conceptual foundations and competitive-exam readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Quantitative Aptitude (QA), Data Interpretation (DI), and Logical Reasoning (LR) to students preparing for competitive and entrance examinations.
- Develop and deliver structured lesson plans covering fundamental as well as advanced concepts.
- Explain complex concepts and problem-solving techniques in a clear, logical, and student-friendly manner.
- Create and curate question banks, worksheets, practice sets, mock tests, and other learning materials.
- Design problems that develop students' analytical thinking, logical reasoning, calculation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and classroom assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support and doubt resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, question trends, and syllabus requirements relevant to competitive examinations.
- Review and improve existing academic content to ensure accuracy, relevance, difficulty level, and quality.
- Collaborate with the content and academic teams to develop and enhance learning resources and assessment materials.
- Mentor students and motivate them to improve their speed, accuracy, and overall performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex problems and explain multiple approaches to solving them.
- Prior teaching/training experience in QA, DI, or LR will be preferred.
- Familiarity with competitive/entrance examinations and their question patterns.
- Ability to create high-quality academic and assessment content.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Added know how of CAT - IPMAT - CUET will be preferred
