Job Description
We are looking for a creative and analytical Meta Ads Associate to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Plan campaign objectives, budgets, and audience targeting.
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and audience segments.
Track key metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, and conversions.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives.
Install and manage Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
Stay updated with Meta advertising policies and the latest digital marketing trends.
Suggest strategies to improve lead generation and campaign performance.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
Knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and campaign analytics.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–4years of experience in Meta Ads or Digital Marketing.
Experience in lead generation campaigns is preferred.
Experience in the EV or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
