- Develop marketing strategies to increase service bookings and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
- * Generate leads for service, repairs, and spare parts
- * Coordinate closely with service team & technicians for customer follow-ups
- * Plan and execute local marketing activities (field visits, dealer visits, client meetings)
- * Manage digital marketing (Google, Facebook, WhatsApp promotions)
- * Build relationships with existing customers for repeat business
- * Handle customer feedback and improve service experience
- * Promote new service offers, packages, and discounts
- * Conduct market research on competitors and pricing
- * Organize service camps, demo programs, and customer meets
