Python Backend Developer
We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable backend applications and APIs. The ideal candidate should be passionate about clean code, performance optimization, and delivering reliable software solutions.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience with Python development.
- Strong understanding of Core Python, OOP concepts, data structures, exception handling, and problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with both FastAPI and Django frameworks.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
- Strong experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and database design.
- Experience working with MongoDB or Firestore.
- Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Understanding of performance tuning, debugging, and application optimization.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend applications.
- Build secure, scalable, and well-documented APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write reusable, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.
- Integrate third-party services and external data sources.
- Support cloud-based deployments and backend infrastructure.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Functions, Notebooks, Apache Beam).
- Knowledge of AWS or cloud-native architectures.
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to microservices architecture.
- Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Pub/Sub.
- Working knowledge of Pandas and NumPy for data processing.
