- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Femap and Nastran.

Strong fundamentals in FEA and structural analysis.

Experience in model preparation, meshing, boundary conditions, solver setup, post-processing, and result interpretation.

Good knowledge of linear static, modal, buckling, and thermal/structural analysis.

Ability to independently execute FEA projects and prepare technical reports.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Ability to conduct Femap training and hands-on technical sessions for customers.

Candidates with experience in automotive, aerospace, defence, or heavy engineering projects would be preferred.

4 hours/day at customer location – Project execution, technical support, and customer interaction.

4 hours/day at office – FEA project work, documentation, model preparation, and training activities.
We are looking for someone with a good combination of FEA fundamentals, Femap / Nastran expertise, project execution capability, and customer-facing/training skills.
