Key Responsibilities
• Run high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and chat (LinkedIn / WhatsApp) to targeted manufacturing companies.
• Identify and reach the right decision-maker — Purchase Head, Procurement, Marketing, or Channel/Loyalty Manager.
• Clearly communicate our end-to-end gifting model and USPs and gauge fit and intent.
• Qualify leads (active gifting/loyalty programs, budget signals, volumes, timelines) and capture clean notes.
• Book qualified meetings/demos for the Business Development lead and ensure smooth handover.
• Maintain and update the CRM / pipeline tracker daily — calls, follow-ups, statuses, and next actions.
• Follow up persistently across channels until a clear yes, no, or meeting is secured.
• Share market and competitor feedback from conversations with the BD and leadership team.
Who You'll Target
• Manufacturing companies that send gifts to distributors, retailers, and trade influencers (mechanics, electricians, painters).
• Brands running — or planning — channel loyalty, dealer incentive, or influencer reward programs.
• Sectors such as auto components, paints, electricals, building materials, lubricants, and allied trade-driven categories.
What We're Looking For
• 1–4 years in inside sales, telesales, telecalling, or B2B lead generation.
• Confident, clear phone presence with the persistence to get past gatekeepers and reach decision-makers.
• Strong spoken and written communication; Hindi and English fluency (regional language a plus).
• Comfortable with high outbound volumes and being measured on connects, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
• Organised; able to keep a CRM/tracker clean and follow up reliably.
• Bonus: exposure to gifting, merchandise, loyalty, corporate gifting, or selling into manufacturing / procurement teams.
Success Metrics
• Daily/weekly outbound activity (calls, emails, chats) targets met.
• Number of qualified leads generated.
• Number of meetings booked for the BD lead.
• Conversion of meetings into pipeline opportunities.
